Ps4 bought
For repair after 1.5 months.
Reason: cooling runs in first gear. PS4 overheat this affects the PS4 so that the frame rate is completely in the basement. It looks like a flip book. Picture and sound no longer synchronized.
Have a new monitor, new cables, new controller, new SSD hard drive, cable technician line checked to be sure that it is not due to my hardware
PS4 came back, the repair job says Repaired. That was not true but the PS4 had a different serial number.
Problem was the same the cooler only runs in first gear again. For games with high demands, it has to cool more. So sent in again
Now it is back. Still other Ps4 according to serial number. The problem is the same!

I once had a pro cooling her. Two friends have a slim they cool. One has the first generation PS4 that cools them.
I no longer trust the service from Sony. When can I ask for my money back?

3x rework or replacement device should be reasonable. Then you have a right to "conversion" - which means: You can send the device back and have the purchase price reimbursed.

Yes, you can get a new one 3 times, because only when the 3rd is broken, 2 attempts at improvement have failed, and only then can you withdraw from the purchase contract.
