Whenever I start Dark Souls (remastered), it starts in online mode. But after 5 - 30 minutes of play I always get an error message "You are not connected to the Dark Souls server". As soon as I press a key (ps4) I'm thrown into the main menu. The game asks me why I didn't finish "correctly" and I start again in offline mode.
But my ps4 is permanently on the internet. That can't be it.
PS: By online mode I mean that I see a few phantoms running around and there are messages on the ground.
Such interruptions can already occur if the connection is interrupted only for a second, or it could also be due to a problem with the FromSoftware servers, then unfortunately there's nothing you can do, except ask the support if they know something, but where you probably can doesn't get a helpful answer.
That's really stupid. Has it happened to you before?
Randon crashes a few times, but not too often, I could see on my cell phone that the internet connection was briefly interrupted, which led to a crash
You play on the switch right?
Yes
Maybe that's why it crashes less often
