I have a problem with my PS4 (as you can see in the title). My TV screen goes black for a moment while I'm playing.
Of course I wanted to change that. I saw a YouTube video and they changed a few settings in the video, which I copied. Until then it was still good, but without thinking I changed the resolution (To 1080i which my TV doesn't support) and then I got the black screen. I took the HDMI cable out and put it back in and it didn't work. I couldn't go into this safety mode either, although I followed all the steps exactly. And no, I don't have another TV available.
I need urgent help. Has anyone had the same problem?

Yes, you can get a capture card for a PC and drag the picture from the Playstation to a computer via OBS.
Then you can control it as normal and turn it off again, after which you send the capture card back again.
