I bought a Razer Basilisk x HyperSpeed today, it can be connected via a 2.4ghz stick supplied and via Bluetooth, the battery life would be almost twice as long via Bluetooth, so I would like to use this.
However, my PC can't find the mouse even though it is in pairing mode, my PS5 controller etc. Is it recognized so it can't actually be on the PC, does someone know the problem or does someone know how to fix it?
Already tried it: Bluetooth switched on / off, switched to pairing mode several times and it also searches, but Windows does not recognize anything.
Try to connect to another computer, then you will know whether it is due to the PC.
I tried it on my iPad now, it worked immediately, it's probably on the PC after all, thanks for the help!
