Macbook air bluetooth audio stutters / doesn't work?

Net community,

I have the following problem. I connect my Bluetooth headphones from anchor to my MacBook Air 13 inch 2017 (Mac version 10.13.6 High Sierra) everything works without problems. But if I connect an Xbox Wireless Controller or any other Bluetooth device and the anchor Bluetooth headset starts the audio stuttering. The sound goes on, off, on, off again and again. Definitely 2-3 times a second.

I have already tried to reset the Bluetooth module. Restarted the Mac several times. Everything disconnected and reconnected. Nothing seems to help. I can't update the mac OS because I got the MacBook from the university and several programs with university licenses are installed which for some reason are sometimes no longer recognized or are no longer valid when I use Mac OS Update.

but it just doesn't get into my head that with a laptop for almost 1000 euro to release it fails even with simple things like audio output via Bluetooth. I really never had such problems with Windows computers. As it looks, there really seem to be a lot of problems with Bluetooth connectivity under macOS.

what can I do so that audio can be output normally via Bluetooth?

The old Macbook Air is still a bit weak there. It still works with an old Bluetooth modem and standard.

Only one cable between headphones and Macbook helps, so don't use Bluetooth.

Ev. It also brings something to deactivate the Wi-Fi or to switch to 5 Ghz.

I have no headphones with AUX connection in the household. I have no influence on the router since I deactivate that of my neighbor with Mütze.d is not an option since I then have no Internet. I just want to use a laptop normally.

is this a joke or is the MacBook really failing to output audio via Bluetooth? For 1000 euro I'm in 2017. I'm sorry but that would be really dirty. Can I then go to the apple store? Before the update to High Sierra everything worked. So is obviously either a hardware failure or an operating system failure. And if the audio does not work in my opinion it is definitely a guarantee

In principle you are right. A Macbook is also not a gamers device, but intended for learning and working. Using an Xbox is also unusual. My BT handset also has a cable connection, why not yours. Otherwise there are such cheap ones for 3 euro, on the plane they are even free. Something always lies around somewhere. Ask friends. If necessary, add an extension cable.

I would not necessarily expect to need a "gaming device" to emulate old roms. Dolphin and all roms run on my android cellphone without any problems.
why is the use of a controller unusual? Even if an Xbox controller does not mean anything. Is a normal bluetooth controller that I have never used on an xbox (I don't even have one). For example, when I work in FL Studio, I often use controllers. Of course, then no gamepad
My BT headphones have no cable connection, so I could buy a cable headphone directly. I'm simply concerned with the fact that I think that you should be able to expect an 800-1000 euro device from 2017 that at least the things that worked with the competition 10 years ago would work. I don't want to connect more than 2 devices via bluetooth. If it fails then I really don't know why apple laptops are advertised so high. I can disprove that macOS simply works in contrast to windows. It just doesn't work.
