I'm 14 years old and my birthday was on June 25th the day before yesterday I wanted to see something in shpock and saw a set that costs 500 euro (was a steering wheel ps4 and TV) only wanted the steering wheel I wrote to the seller and wanted to buy the steering wheel for 200 euro but I did forgot to write 200 euro so I confirmed the purchase with 500 euro my parents didn't give me permission to buy this just wanted to know how much he wanted to charge he wanted 300 euro then i wrote that this is too much for me as my parents said don't know anything about it from here is he threatening me with a complaint? What to do?
You have limited legal capacity as of 14. As far as I know, your parents would have to agree if you buy something expensive. Even if you had signed a contract with MediaMarkt, it does not apply because you have only limited legal capacity. Your parents would just have to say that you can't buy this.
Well, I'm not quite sure!
Since you have only limited legal capacity at 14, with a few exceptions, every legal transaction you conduct is pendingly ineffective until your parents' consent.
Obviously, you can't make the purchase with your own funds that are freely available to you and your parents do not agree to the purchase either.
The legal transaction is thus ineffective, there are no consequences.
Thanks for the info 🙏🙏
14 you don't even have permission to buy such expensive things according to the pocket money paragraph so you don't have to worry you can cancel the purchase if the seller doesn't allow you to go to the police and tell them what happens and they'll get your money back get and the seller his steering wheel
Didn't get the steering wheel anyway, the seller "orders" me to buy it
