Why do I hear myself in Fortnite voice chat?

I play Fortnite on PS4 and have already tried 2 different headsets

I always hear what I say myself

Even if my teammates have their microphones off or don't use a headset at all

Can someone tell me what I have to adjust to stop this

A friend of mine is using the exact same headset and doesn't have the problem

Is it only in Fortnite?

It may be that the stereo mix is activated in Windows 10. To do this, go to the sound settings in Windows 10 and deactivate it.

I'm playing it on the PS4

It's not in parties

I haven't tried any other games yet
