PlayStation download slow, despite good internet?

I have a problem with the PlayStation downloads. My PlayStation is connected to my 5G hub with a LAN cable. My download and upload numbers are (75mb / s4mb / s). But if I want to download GTA now, that's about 2.5mb / s. So 9h to download😂. Uhm yes. Somehow something is wrong. I tried something like that…
• Dns set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
• MTU values at 1473 • All other downloads stopped and all connections to the device disconnected except for the PlayStation itself.
