The internet on my PC is too slow. Sometimes it is not enough to go to a website (e.g. Youtube). However, it should be possible to have a download of around 10MB / s and an upload of around 2-5MB / s. However, it mostly hangs around at 5-400KB / s. The thing I don't understand is that all other devices with the same distance to the router have exactly the best download / internet connection (e.g. My Playstation or my cell phone).
Now my question is: what could be the reason?
I have already tried several things: restarted the router, disconnected everything from the Internet and switched it off, excluded the PC, closed everything on the PC that would consume the Internet, got an Internet amplifier and made changes to my Internet settings on the PC. Nothing helps! If someone offers help, please.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega 3.60 GHZ
RAM: 8GB Ram

Phew, that can be anything. How long has the installation been? How many programs are installed as a number?
Have you changed the LAN cable yet?
This may have a defect that the transmission speed is reduced.
And what about the Internet speed if only the PC is on the network?
Sometimes some devices are favored, which is why others only get less performance. Sometimes this is also related to the slot in the router!

Disable automatic updates in Windows and antivirus to get more internet bandwidth

First, please note that your PC is not connected to the Internet but to a local network that is connected to the Internet again.
If you want to solve network problems, it is important to have such basics.
Which internet access technology (e.g. DSL, cable, satellite, …) do you use?
10 MB / s (as 80 MBit / s) is a rather unusual value for access.
Which transmission technology is used to connect the PC to the router?
