My PS4 no longer recognizes a voice, so when I connect a headset (any one) to my PS4 with Bluetooth or a cable, it tells me that the headset is muted, which is not correct.
My headset ALWAYS worked and didn't work from one day to the next.
Since I've already tried a total of 2 added that also work on other Ps4s, it must be due to the PS4, because it always tells me directly when I connect it that it is mute, which is not so, because it is not mute.
has anyone had this before?
I've already made an update and restarted. And Audi off and input are each set to the microphone.
It is definitely due to the controller or headset. Have you tried another controller / headset?
That always happens to me when I mute the headset myself and then plug it in.
Does the headset have its own software?
Yes, I've already tried another controller and a different headset
No it is wired to the controller
Does it have its own mute button?
Yes, it has.
Look whether it is stuck, has a loose contact, etc.
Everything is ok there, the click is easy to release if I keep repositioning it, nothing sticks.
