Yes, the PS4 is still worth it. However, I advise against the Pro. Apart from the performance, this is worth it, but no longer budget-wise from the support.
If you get one cheap and really have no interest in PS5 games, it can be worthwhile. The PS4 has received some top notch titles over its lifetime and will likely get a few more "Demastered" versions of PS5 games.
