Can I also play F1 2021 on the Ps4?

I wanted to pre-order F1 2021 but unfortunately it says only playable on Ps5 below but is optimized for Ps4 Pro. What am I supposed to believe now?

Basically, PS5 games can't be played on PS4, but vice versa. Here I would assume that it is the PS5 version. Is there a separate PS4 version available for purchase?
