I have the HyperX Limited Edition: https://www.mediamarkt.de/...%7Cp%7C%7C but the microphone is too quiet when I talk (so friends complain that I'm too quiet). I have the level at the top and you can't change anything in the game. We have to play in voice chat since all are PS4 players. What else can I do?
Unfortunately the hyperx headsets have that. In my experience, this is due to the external sound card, that is the part you can mute, make the volume louder, etc. If you connect the headset without this card, it should work

If I'm not mistaken, you can disconnect the entire cable from the cloud alpha, right? If so, do that and connect a separate aux cable.
