Where can I enter island codes in Fortnite?

First of all, I play on ps4!

If I go to the crack then it is not as with other island code set but island create (or something like that)

but there's only the crack and no other

But in the crack, I can't enter a code but only create its own island and build something but nciht another island.

At the top there should be a plate with islands and there you can enter it

Go to the Rift but not pure… Then you can theoretically select or enter a code. But you are not allowed to do that on your own island, because you can only choose island like the block etc…

When I go to creative mode and Spawne there are 8 portals and 1 ripped

4 portals in the front of maps created by players and 4 portals behind for the normal map and in the middle is a crack

the crack? Since I can't enter a code

or which is meant
