Can you play Minecraft Server on Ps4?

I want to buy Minecraft on the Ps4. Before I buy Minecraft, I want to know if you can play on servers, such as Citybuild server. Most of all I want to play Citybuild Server. Maybe you have a good one for me where people play on it if it is possible on the Ps4. I have ps plus of course. And is there a chat in Minecraft servers on ps4?

How standard server and realms? So can you e.g. Join Citybuild servers? And what is bedrock?

You can play on realms and a few small servers (Mineplex, Mineville, CubeCraft, Lifeboat, Hive). Maybe there's city build on these servers.

There's a chat, it's the normal Bedrock Edition.

So it says when I buy Minecraft in the Ps Shop I can't play city build servers, for example, right? Daan I prefer not to buy it, thanks for your help btw.
