When I put my left hand on my head does my hand or head tremble?

I have a problem. I noticed for a few hours that when I hold or touch my left hand on my head my head trembles. 6 hours ago suddenly (I played PlayStation) my eyes trembled when I closed them for a few seconds. People do you think I'm uneasy, don't you? Because I suffer from depression, anxiety, at the moment I don't look at all because I keep getting some kind of illnesses rheumatism & jaw problems probably have to do an op & recently eye problems stop glass clouding in my eye I see spots in the light background and during the day transparent flies flying in the sky, for example. The whole thing makes me extremely stressful and besides I have constant panick attacks take citalopram for my depression but I have more kb I have been getting something new lately and that destroys me.
