I'm looking for a mod in skyrim with which I can maxen destruction but I can't find anything like that. Maybe I'm looking wrong or there's simply not something like that? I just always entered destruction level 100 or destruction max. I play on ps4 if that helps

There's no mod for such a thing, on the PC you can change character stats via a console command, but since you have no access to the developer console on the Ps4, you have no choice but to level it up yourself.
In order to effectively level destruction, you have to use it, i.e. The spell must have an effect. You can do this either by using Destruction spells in combat, or by standing in a protected area and summoning a summon all the time and then killing it with Destruction Spells. The less each spell costs, the stronger the summoning and the more damage the spell does, or the higher its level, the more effective this is. With the necessary magic and enough magicka (regeneration), this is faster than leveling it in the conventional way.
If at some point you are 100, you should definitely learn the master spells at the academy, if you then make destruction legendary, you just have to cast the snowstorm spell and level destruction so that no opponent is present.
You just have to use the skill. If you are too advanced, destruction is the easiest! Simply attract the opponents with a jet of fire etc. And put an end to them too! Do the rest with your level weapon! For almost all other skills there are similar "tricks"… Speaking becomes difficult! There's telekinesis for change…
