I have the following problem, when I turn on my PS4, nothing happens, both when I try it over the controller and when I press the button on the case. It does not beep and no picture appears, as if it were not connected to the stream.
I have already tried it with another power cord and also assured me, if possibly what is wrong with the socket, but to that end everything is fine.
However, when I put in the other power cord, the PS4 beeped three times. After that, but again was dead pants, no picture and PS4 was still off and you could not operate.
Can you help me?
Maybe that has a software problem? My PS 3 also makes such problems

Everything already tried?
Yes or A "hard reset" does not work. I kept the button pressed for more than 20 seconds, but nothing happened. Everything else (cable, socket, etc.) I have already checked.
The BLoD is it I think not synonymous, because currently no light appears.
Then I would take care of a repair.
If you have a gamestop or something similar in your area, it should not be that old and I would guarantee it.
In a repair I would address that the data on the hard drive is important and if they can't keep it. (You can easily install the hard drive into a new PS4, which would be a pity if it's smaller than the one from the new PS4.)
Ever tried to start in safe mode?
Otherwise, contact Sony Support and send it. They are really great, I would have to do too. My old ps4 had many problems that you could not fix, where the support was overwhelmed. Since the warranty had expired, I would have to pay 150 euro, I sent them in and got for it (my ps4 was the first there was) a ps4 slim
