EBay classifieds fraud and rip-offs, goods not received what can I do?

I paid friends and family 500 euro with PayPal. It turned out that the ad was not serious… To me it looked very serious because collection was also possible. The next day I found out from my mother that a guy from eBay called and asked for 550 euro. I have the most ambitious of the chat, know his phone number (also WhatsApp so I assume it would be your real phone number) and the email from PayPal. The only thing I don't have is the ad number and the ad now says "conveyed and no longer sold". I did a conflict resolution with PayPal but they said nothing is closed. Now I still want to call Paypal again and describe everything. When I sent the money there was also eBay as a description… If someone should say yes, this is not from eBay. I also took a picture of the transaction… Any tips? What else can I do?
