Make Ps4 pro cuh-7216b quieter?

So I have had my ps4 pro for about a year now and it has started to jerk and become very loud, so I decided to open the ps4 and give it a thorough cleaning. I have watched a lot of YouTube videos about the ps4 and how to get them open but the ps4 pros used in the video were all older models, this means that the process of opening the ps4 is different from my ps

ps: guarantee runs as I read it 1 year and have the ps over a year, that means there's no guarantee on it!

So how I get my quiet is that I just vacuum each week briefly so that nothing clogs. It has to be open on the table and nothing behind it so that it runs well.
