Hi, I'm playing Ps4 and some of my friends have been booted.
Those who do not know, when booting, the router is overloaded with GB and then goes out, spins around or can even break.
How can I protect myself, maybe even with the IP.

Do you mean maybe DDoS? Would be obvious if you "botten" so the attack of a computer network (consisting of bots / botnet) on an infrastructure?
