PS4 picture moves to?

When dusting I had time today synonymous my ps4 from the power and the TV take (say pull out the HDMI cable). When I plugged everything in again properly and wanted to play, I noticed that all video transmissions in all games when moving, such as changing the direction of my character to draw (almost as similar as with slowmotion shots, just just in fast). This happens even in the loading sequences of all tested games and their main menus. The faster you move, the more the picture moves.

My settings both on the TV and in the ps4 menu were unchanged and my HDMI cable and all ports are not broken either.

If I put the quality in the ps4 menu on 1080p, I have no longer the problem that follow the pictures, but everything is pixlig. Although I could adapt my TV on it, but that's not synonymous sense of the thing, after all, went before it synonymous flawlessly.

Have the problem synonymous only with games. Netflix, YouTube, Ps4 main menu and even my dynamic wallpaper are not affected by the problem.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Then try it on you the other trigger setting if it is then gone. So say factory setting and then connect both devices again with each other that the devices find the best setting.

However, do not understand why at 1080p your picture is pixelated because most games even run only with 720
