Witcher Massive picture problem?

Hey hey I unfortunately have a very big picture problem in The witcher Wild Hunt on the Ps4. The CD is clean and has no scratches. The picture is whitish and has some color in the picture. (See pictures) how do i get this away or who can help me? I tried a restart but it didn't work.

Changed the resolution?

The resolution can't be changed there, but only on the PC, which unfortunately does not work on the Ps4.

I know, absolutely unobvious, but how about opening graphics settings and adjusting it?
