Minecraft Bedrock from PS4 to Computer?

I've recently been interested in Minecraft again and would like to try it out on the computer. So far, I've only played Minecraft on the PS4 and mobile. I've already bought Minecraft 3 times (2 times on the mobile phone for Android and Apple, 1 time on the PS4) and now I don't want to spend any more money on Minecraft. Is there any way I could somehow play Minecraft on my computer without buying it again?

No, if you want to play it right you have to buy the Win10 Edition or Java again, I'm sorry

If you have a Mojang account, it should actually work so you just have to download it (as far as I know)

Wrong, Mojang accounts are ONLY for the Java version. Java is not available on PS4 and mobile phones.
