Fortnite wrongly banned?

Love community,

I play Fortnite Season 2 and have always enjoyed the game. For Season 3, I decided to buy the Battlepass for the first time. About a week after buying Season 3 Battlepass, I was banned somewhere…

and that's when the support comes into play. I wrote a support ticket where I was told that nobody gets banned for no reason and that I should hack that, use VPN and / or refrain proxyservers.

I took it that way and just plugged in my PS4 and continued to play Fortnite there. But now I would like to switch back to the PC because of private reasons and then the game gets in the way.Season 3 it was such that when I get out of the bus I jumped after 2 seconds directly in the lobby was brought with The message I should omit the use of VPN, Cheats, Bad Internet and proxyservers. As I said, I switched back to PC and thought maybe the bug / glitch was fixed…

When I jumped out of the bus I was happy at first because nothing happened. I landed, Lootete a house just wanted to drink a great sign of giant potion when I was once again brought in the lobby and the same message as, formerly appeared. "Again, I should refrain from the use of VPN, cheats, bad Internet and proxy servers.

Someone who has contacts at epicgames? / has a solution? Because the Epicgames support does not help me…

Währe synonymous with a so-called screen share agree because I have nothing to hide on my PC and have all the files of Fortnite left as I downloaded them.

Ps: reinstall brings nothing already tried 15 times: /

You've convinced me. I would unban you if I could. But I can't.

Can't do anything. Life is hard.

Lo

So I understand that correctly.

You once hated contact with the support. After the standard answer (you should not cheat, etc.) but then you have not answered.

Then after a while you just try it again and hope that the (server side) spell is just a bug (although the support has probably confirmed that spell)?

And because it does not work then you have the game 15 times reinstalled and hopes that the server-side spell then goes away?

So do not be angry, but logically it is not…

First and only right step is to contact the support again, describe the problem and then not just stop.

Example from own experience a long time ago. WoW Account has been blocked - Contact with Support - Answer was because of gold trading, etc. - After some e-mail back and forth but then noticed that I was not on the day said online… That is the support but not synonymous with the first request noticed…

But I can also understand that the first answer is not good vll also comes from a bot. There are hundreds, if not thousands, every day. There are also many senseless ones

Answered back is still waiting for my answer after a short period of time I tried again because I had heard that the bug has been fixed and 15 times reinstalled was an exaggeration.

On the official Epicgames page there's a 15-page discussion where players talk about the same bug some write it out with certain methods but they did not work for me… Dirty EAC

And I've tried again because a Dev of Epicgames Officially confirmed the spell would only last 24 hours
