As you can already read, games keep crashing with me. (Fortnite and Assassin's Creed Valhalla)
Fortnite I play everything on low settings.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla everything to max.
I also play with a PS4 controller.
All drivers and games are all up to date.
I can only imagine that it is the controller. (I played Godfall with a mouse and keyboard for a while and it didn't even crash)
Furthermore, some programs (e.g. ICue, Razer Synapse, MSI Dragon Center) sometimes do not and sometimes do not load when the PC is started. And in the Microsoft Edge browser I sometimes get an error message and I have to reload the page.
PC:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6x 4.2Ghz
16GB 3200 RAM from G.Skill
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Sapphire Pulse 8GB
1TB Kingston A2000 NVME M.2 SSD
MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk motherboard
be quit! Pure Power 11 600W power supply
Maybe someone can help me. I'm slowly despairing.
Unfortunately, too many possible errors, without knowing something "process", no meaningful error diagnosis is possible.
Do you mean when exactly the games crash? Mostly with quick or jerky movements I'll tell you.
At first glance, the components should be sufficient to play the games at a higher level… I don't think it's the controller's fault. Has the game tried to start without a controller?
I assume it's Windows 10 installed and up to date?
Have you ever performed an antivirus scan?
When was the PC last set up?
What do the temperatures of the graphics card and CPU look like during sleep and when the game is started?
Does the game crash while playing or when starting the game?
Starting is problem-free, only crashes while playing. Sometimes after a few minutes, but sometimes after hours. (Incidentally, Minecraft also runs without any problems with a texture pack and shader. Of course with M&K)
Yes Windows 10 and up to date.
I bought a new PC just under a month ago.
CPU around 45-52 ° C and GPU around 50-55 ° C
Temperatures at the start of the game also OK. But always have to minimize the game because I don't have a second monitor to look at.
Antivirus says everything is ok but I'll do a scan right away.
