Minecraft ps4 make snow normal again (Minecraft)?

Hello for some reason there are no quick blocks "when it snows in Minecraft. So these snow areas. Is there a command for ps4 that somehow repairs that or do I have to set something?

so here is another example. When it rains, it snows in the snow biom. And when the snow comes on the ground, "spawns" layers of snow on the ground. But for me it is not with the snow layers. These do not come although it is snowing

Normally simply type / weather rain or something, and then it should snow if it is a snowy biome
