When is snow coming in gta5 online on xbox one?

I play gta every day and there's no snow for me does anyone on Xbox one gta zock know when snow comes?

So if you stay true to your line there should be a snow update today / tomorrow

In 2016, the snow fell from December 22nd
In 2017 the snowfall started on December 22nd
In 2018 it snowed from December 21st
In 2019 the snow fell on December 20th

Presumably it will move within the same period this year as well. I haven't started it yet so I can't look.

Then it was either a modder or the snow has been around since today.
