Save Ps4 CD?

Could I somehow save this Ps4 Game that is scratched on the disc up there?

Game: The Last of Us

The top of the disc is scratched

Toothpaste has never worked. But I have to say, you can see on the edge that the sprayed silver layer is already peeling off. If that's a burned area there, all you can do is knock it off. I don't actually see any scratches that would be so severe that reading would not be possible.

I used to be able to read damaged Playstation 2 games on my computer. Certain programs read over defective areas until they have read it. I don't know if that works on Playstation 4 DVDs or whatever it is, and there's no guarantee.

Throw in the freezer for 3 days. Should help too. Or let the CD grind, but costs.
