How can you bring a Minecraft map on the PS4 to the new Java version so that you can play zsm again (Windows 10 Edition on PC and PS4)?

2 weeks ago I started playing Minecraft together with my brother on a map he created on the PS4 via LAN (he on the PS4 and I on the PC).

But now a new version came out and I can no longer join his game because then the error message "outdated client" comes up. The map also says that this is version 1.16.100 and I have the version on the PC already 1.16.400.

Is there any way we can keep the map progressing and play together again?
