Prioritize bandwidth to a correct value?

I have a bandwidth of 10-11mbits and there are two gaming devices in my household (ps4 and pc) and two other devices also stream something on the internet. Of course that's not enough. That's why I tried to prioritize my pc (we have a Fritzbox), which also worked, but if all devices continue to be used on the Internet, it is still. That's why I wanted to ask if you can properly save a minimum bandwidth for a device on the Fritzbox. So when my pc is always on the internet e.g. 5mbits reserved.

I do not know a defined limitation to Fritz boxes per device, there's only the prioritization that you obviously know.
