Because of my current bad internet connection, I can't watch Twitch stream. Because every few seconds it then stops, and that too at 480p. What I noticed is that it is not the case with Youtube Live Stream, but only with Twitch.
Is there a way how you can reduce Twitch bandwidth so that Twitch needs at least as much bandwidth as Youtube?
What you mean is transcoding.
Only Twitch partners have this function. If you watch a streamer that is not, then the viewer can't set a different resolution than that in which the streamer is streaming.
And if I can't change the resolution and have bad internet, then I'm unlucky and will never see these streamers again in my life?
If the streamer streams in 720p or higher, but your internet line does not support this or has no transcoding, you have to answer the question with YES.
