I would like to change my ps4 name because I don't like it at all and it was derived from my email address.
Now I've heard that if you change your name, you get lost.
Has anyone had any experience with it until now?
Changed my name and had no losses on my games and applications. But that only applies to GTA 5 Online and Netflix because I haven't opened anything else since then. GTA took over my name automatically and saved all the content as before. There were no problems with Netflix either. If you change your name a second time, I think it costs 10 euro the first time is free.
You don't have any disadvantages. Everything stays the same.
Well, if you want to change the ID there's always a warning and there are all the things that can happen if you do it
I already changed it and nothing happened except that the name was changed. 🤷🏻♀️
but if you have such concerns then better leave it.
