I'm 15, have Asperger Autism and ADHD, my brother has only ADHD. Since I do not get any pills by refusing to take prolonged-release tablets and good grades and I do not overtax anyone, things are fine with me. However, my brother is losing more and more often, insulting my parents because they turn off the PlayStation or I'm doing things he does not like.
For example, if I watch a YouTube video, and that's about half of the volume control, it usually snaps and kicks me.
But with him, I have to listen to his extremely annoying casino streams, what he wants to have on his clothes again, and so on. And if I say something, I'll face you again or Instagram stories will be put into my pocket, where I'm currently on the toilet.
He does not take his pills over the holidays and refuses because of his size compared to the rest of the family (He is 1.60 with 14, I 1.82 with 15 and my dad is about 1.90).

That sounds like completely normal problems among siblings. Nothing to do with Asperger or ADHD in particular.
