Ps4 picture keeps dropping out?

The following problem, I just switched on my Playstation 4 and the screen keeps going black for a few seconds. I switched off and restarted. HDMI cable exchanged, vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner and carefully blown out the dust with compressed air. The problem is still present. Does anyone have any idea where the problem could be?

Never touch the Ps4 with compressed air, only with a vacuum cleaner. In the Ps4 menu under settings under video output make RGB range full or limited, then see if it happens again. Or set to automatic.
