Anthem Connect with online services?

Yesterday I got Anthem PS4 but I can't start it. I've been in the title screen for 20 minutes now and I'm being shown all the time "Connecting to online services…". This can't take so long I can play other online games without any problems.

Does anyone have the same problem and knows a solution?

The problem currently has some people. I think there can't do much turn to the support times.

I have done but the EA support is really no help 😅 Have the game once downcast and reinstalled now it works 😁
