I don't have any Xbox Live services (can't find them anywhere), my friends have all of them. I also installed exactly what they have and such, was in Microsoft & Xbox Live support for 2 hours and tried to fix my problem for several hours then I noticed that I don't have the services.
Can I download it somewhere?
I had thought of resetting my PC and all services are back.
If there's still a question about resetting, can I save important files on my 2nd internal hard drive? (Windows is not installed on it)
Please note that Win 10 is not a "program" that could be saved anywhere. It is an operating system. Imagine it like a boat on the water. The boat would be Windows and the installed programs would be the passengers and their luggage. The luggage can be transferred to another boat or hard drive. But never the boat itself.
As for the services, you turn them on.
To do this, go to the lower left corner with the mouse and type on the keyboard: "Services". They are offered to you and click on them.
Attention! It is better not to switch off some services. I.e. Document carefully what you change.

I fixed my problem myself by importing missing .reg files into my Registery (got the registery files from someone who had the files)
