Is it fun to play horizon zero dawn on the minimum requirements?

I gambled through the game when it was released on PS4, but would now like to play it again with an extension, which is too expensive for me for the PS4. So I thought about getting the full version for the PC, but had to find out that my PC is just below the recommended system requirements and that I only meet the minimum requirements. Do you think that I have a similar game fun as on my PS4 back then or not, just a few experiences or opinions would be good, best of course experiences.

The Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition will be available for free on Playstation from April 20th.
