Get Horizon Zero Dawn DLC for free (PS4)?

I last saw that the Horizon Zero Dawn complete edition was available for free because of Sony's Play at Home initiative. However, I already have the normal version of the game and don't want to play it all over again because of the DLC. Is there any way I could just get the DLC for free without starting over?
