Function of PS2 game with scratches with PC determine?

I have a Playstation 2 game in NTSC U / C format with a scratch.

The scratch is borderline but I don't have a Playstation 2 console in NTSC

Format.

The following hardware is available to me.

Ps2 PAL

PS3

PS4

Linux Mint 19.3

Windows 7 Ultimate

Can I somehow determine whether the game is definitely junk or whether it should run in a suitable console?

I don't think you can check the functionality with your hardware.
