My friend offered me to use his PS PLUS. If I have his account on my PS4, then I automatically have his PS PLUS. If he is currently playing RS6 Online on his account and I go into my account, will he be kicked or what?

No, he will only be thrown out of the account if you go to his account and not yours. But you have to activate Primary PS4 otherwise it won't work with share.
