Cyberpunk rather gamble on the Ps5 or on the PC version with these specs?

I can either play it on my laptop or on the Playstation 5. I actually wanted to play it on the Ps5, as the Ps5 is probably a lot more powerful than my laptop, but I've heard that the game for Ps5 doesn't even exist! You can only play the Playstation 4 version on it and the Ps5 version only comes after a year or so! I've also heard that the performance on the Ps4 is said to be disastrous. Does that also apply to the Playstation 5? So is it the Playstation or the version in general? I hate to play the game at 1080p 30fps just because it's the Ps4 version. And even less I want to wait a year until it's out for the Ps5 … My laptop is not exactly powerful, but it is enough for World of Warcraft because otherwise I only work, so I can't tell at all whether I can play cyberpunk on it or Not.

Specs from my laptop: AMD Ryzen 5 4600h with Radeon Graphics, 32GB Ram, GTX 1660 TI and otherwise I don't know what else is important.

Why don't you play it on the PS5 in the PS4 graphics and play it safe instead of making it so complicated? PS4 games also go on the 5 🤔

It works much better on the PC. Although your laptop is not really powerful, it will still run much better than on a PS4.
