Planetside 2 character transfer ps4 => pc?

I have a planetside 2 account on ps4

since the version on the pc is better I thought about playing the game on the pc instead of the ps4

do I have to start all over again or can I somehow convert my achievements?

and what about the items I bought with real money?

Is not possible like most games. Alone, who is playing on console tf? Btw. Which faction are you playing?
