I got a ps4 pro with a couple of games about 2 weeks ago. After a few days the left stick starts spinning. It just triggers randomly to the left even if I press right
would therefore like to exchange it but the problem is that it is the controller that is automatically included in the ps4
Does the controller have to be sent in then or can I simply request a new one or do I have to exchange the whole ps4 really have no money to buy another one now
(I still have the bill)
In theory, it is part of the PS4 and must be exchanged with it as a whole. In practice, I can't imagine that the shop is interested in having the whole PS4 sent back because of a faulty controller. So I would call you in your place and talk to them about how you should proceed.
So you could buy the same controller and exchange the new one for the broken one, then go back to the shop a day later and say that you would like to exchange it (for money) because it is broken
Hope I could help
