Download Heavy Rain on the PlayStation 3?

And it is about the following: I wanted to play the game Heavy Rain I also have it as a CD because unfortunately my old PlayStation 3 no longer recognizes CD's as the laser is probably defective. That's why I wanted to download it from the PlayStation Store, but I can't find it. Does anyone have an idea or an alternative?
