Playstation screw too small?

There's currently a bug that the new update can't be installed. On reddit one wrote you have to unscrew the Playstation and pull 3 cables and plug them back in. But a screw is so small and has an asterisk shape wat do help. Screwdrivers are all too big.

Buy a suitable screwdriver?

These are deliberately special screws so that not everyone who has no idea about technology can simply fiddle around with them. You need a Torx T8 safety screwdriver for this.

Had the same problem sounds stupid but uses a knife as a screwdriver

It's a Torx screw. Nothing works without the appropriate screwdriver.

I doubt that the 3 cables bring anything (especially when the Playstation is switched off) 😅
