PS5 double - send back or sell?

I ordered and received two PS5s. Already paid. One of them should go to a friend of my buddy, so I advanced the money and said he should give it to me as soon as it is there. (Since he had to wait for his salary)

Now he has jumped off, I've already paid. So now I have two PS5s, one I'll take myself and one I don't need, so to speak. But in any case I need the money that I advanced again.

Now am I considering sending it back or selling it? I'm not entirely comfortable with the sales story.
