Continue playing from Ps4 to PC with Battlefield Account?

I played Battlefield V on the Ps4 a while ago. I switched from the Ps to the Pc. As far as I know, I have created an EA account in BfV. If I register with this on BfV, do I still have my progress?

I'm not 100% sure, but I mean that this is not possible and you have to start over on the PC.
