After a while I wanted to play Skyrim again because I just wanted to play it again. Then I was in the carriage and everything was fine, I created my character, it wasn't a problem. When I was called by this aunt, I went there and the dragon came. And there's some bug, because strangely, when the dragon spits with fire and such, then it is actually like that at some point you get up and run after the other. Well, I couldn't move at all. But the whole time I could see the kite flying around it. I really don't get it. I restarted the game a few times and took out the disc, but nothing worked. I also have some mods, but since I play on PS4, you can't have that many.
I would turn off the PS4 completely and clean the disc properly. If the problem persists, the game is unfortunately defective: / Then you will have to buy it again. I would try it a few more times in your place ^ - ^

Yes that can suddenly go very quickly, I was playing Devil May Cry at the time and it always hung up in one scene, no matter how often I started over, always in the same place. Are you stuck in this position with your head on the block, or does he stand up and the controls just don't work? The latter can be due to settings, but both also due to defective game files. Load an old game and see if you can't move there either. If this is the case, check the settings. If it can't be their fault, uninstall mods and try again. Still not, then reinstall the game.
Reinstallation should help - it depends on the error, but it was most likely triggered by mods - because installing mods also changes a lot within the game - even if it is almost impossible with the PS4.
