Router has no IP fragmentation?

For 4 days we have a new line (from 16Mbit / s to 100Mbit / s) including a new router (Speedport Smart 3). Actually, everything runs without problems, only the PS4 and the Sky Receiver have problems to stay on the Internet. There are regular interruptions. When I start a connection test on the ps4 it says that the router may not have IP fragmentation. What can be the cause of the interruptions? Are any ports blocked? What does IP fragmentation have to do with it? And how do I fix it? Maybe someone of you has experience with it. Am grateful for any help.

I have already done the following:

DNS set itself, given new IP address of the PS4 and the receiver, MTU adapted to the router, wireless security changed…

Where you have already done so much (questionable?), Why do you want fragmented ip packages? What should they be good for? Or do you have some and want to get rid of them? And why do you think that has something to do with regular Internet failures on your game console and the television receiver?
